Flexible Benefit Plan Meridian offers Health Care flexible spending accounts to help bridge the gap between health care expenses covered by insurance and eligible expenses that are paid out-of-pocket. Additionally, we offer Dependent care flexible spending accounts to help cover eligible out-of-pocket expenses for child or elder care. These accounts allow employees to set aside a portion of their income on a pretax basis.
