CA19-9

癌抗原19-9（CA19-9），也称为碳水化合物抗原Sialyl-Lewis(a) (sLe(a))，指一种与胰腺癌、胆囊癌、结肠癌和胃癌等相关的肿瘤标志物。sLe(a)的过度表达对肿瘤侵袭和转移非常关键。CA19-9在大多数晚期胰腺癌患者中升高，在其他癌症和疾病中也可能升高，如肠癌、肺癌、胆囊癌、胆结石、胰腺炎、囊性纤维化和肝病。CA19-9被用于诊断和监测胰腺癌的进展，高水平的CA19-9与不良预后有关。通过双抗体夹心ELISA或CLIA检测CA19-9含量。
