Calprotectin

钙卫蛋白是一种钙和锌结合蛋白，属于S100家族，在中性粒细胞的胞浆中含量非常丰富。它参与细胞分化、免疫调节、肿瘤发生、凋亡等多种生理功能，在炎症过程中发挥重要作用。粪便钙卫蛋白是胃肠道炎症的敏感标志物，有助于区分炎症性肠病（IBD）和肠易激综合征（IBS）。通过双抗夹心ELISA或CLIA可定量检测钙卫蛋白。
