West Nile

西尼罗河病毒是一种黄病毒，常见于非洲、欧洲、中东、北美和西亚，以鸟和蚊子之间的传播循环而在自然中存在。主要通过受感染蚊子的叮咬传播给人类，也可能通过器官移植、输血和母乳感染。 80%的受感染人群为无症状感染，但20%的感染者会发展为西尼罗河热，可导致严重的神经系统疾病和死亡。诊断是通过RT-PCR或检测血清或脑脊液中对病毒的IgG和IgM抗体。
