Uroguanylin Antibodies
Uroguanylin is a 16-amino-acid peptide hormone predominantly secreted by enterochromaffin cells in the duodenum and proximal small intestine. It serves as an agonist for the guanylyl cyclase-C (GC-C) receptor, regulating electrolyte and water transport in intestinal and renal epithelia.
