冻干 NGS 建库试剂盒 MDX219 由末端修复/A尾混合反应试剂（其中包含末端修复、5端磷酸化和3端A尾的连接酶和缓冲液），能够直接连接测序适配子的连接酶和缓冲液，以及可进行文库富集的高保真PCR干燥混合试剂组成。该试剂盒设计简单明了，经验证可用于制备传统液态建库试剂盒相当的NGS文库。
