IgM
人IgM可用于流式细胞术、免疫组化(IHC)、夹心或竞争性 ELISAs 或层析试验来阻断非特异性结合。在免疫检测中， 动物抗IgA可作为免疫间接检测的二抗。它们可以通过信号放大提高灵敏度，并为标记和检测提供更大的灵活性。 二抗应与一抗来自不同宿主物种，但对一抗应具有物种特异性。 例如，如果一抗来自兔子，二抗应该是抗兔子的，但它应该在兔以外的宿主物种中饲养(例如山羊抗兔二抗) 。
