Oxycodone

羟考酮是一种半合成类阿片药物，其结构与可待因相似，通过修饰鸦片中的有机化学物质蒂巴因制成。它能产生强烈的快感、镇痛和镇静作用，并具有类似吗啡的依赖性。临床上用于缓解中度至重度疼痛，但也被非法使用，特别是作为奥施康定销售的长效药物。羟考酮的半衰期在3.5至5.5小时之间，但其主要代谢物去甲羟考酮和羟吗啉酮可在尿液中检测到2-4天。
