星状病毒

星状病毒是一种RNA病毒，通过粪口途径直接传播或通过摄入受污染的食物传播。它会引起胃肠炎和腹泻，主要发生在2岁以下的儿童，占所有需要住院治疗的急性非细菌性腹泻儿童病例的2 - 9%。星状病毒有八种血清型，其中血清型1是最常见的，大多数人(90%)在9岁时产生对星状病毒的抗体。检测通常采用RT-PCR或ELISA法检测粪便标本。
