Emerson C. Moser

Emerson Moser joined Meridian in October 2022 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He heads the legal department at Meridian, providing business and legal counsel to the executive leadership team and advising the Company on all legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, compliance, litigation, and data privacy. Emerson has significant prior in-house legal experience, having served as General Counsel to Hillenbrand, Inc.’s Milacron group of businesses and as Sr. Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for General Cable Corporation. Emerson began his career in private practice with the law firm, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and then served as Assistant General Counsel of NIBCO, INC. He received his law degree from Wake Forest University and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from Purdue University.
