Join Valentina Favalli to explore how low-pass whole-genome sequencing (lpWGS) and KaryoSolver could combine copy-number analysis with broader cytogenomic insights, including allelic imbalance, regions of homozygosity, uniparental disomy, mosaic events and structural rearrangements.

The session will feature selected cases from an ongoing retrospective clinical study, together with a lyophilized library-preparation chemistry developed by 4bases in collaboration with Meridian Life Science to simplify reagent handling and support workflow standardization.

Together, streamlined preparation, genome-wide sequencing and dedicated analysis could help expand lpWGS from a copy-number assay into a broader cytogenomic platform.
