Meridian Bioscience offers the Sm/RNP Antigen, an affinity-purified liquid antigen derived from rabbit and bovine thymus. This antigen is used in developing diagnostic assays for autoimmune diseases. Its purification is confirmed through SDS-PAGE, and it demonstrates no reactivity at a 1:100 dilution when tested against purified SSA, SSB, Sm, and Jo-1 antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect all IgG subclasses.
