SEI Antibodies
Staphylococcal Enterotoxin I (SEI) is a toxin produced by Staphylococcus aureus that can cause food poisoning. It leads to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, and can be detected using immunodetection assays. Symptoms typically appear quickly after ingestion of contaminated food.
