Meridian Bioscience offers the UCHL1 Recombinant Antigen, a purified, full-length recombinant human Ubiquitin C-terminal Hydrolase L1 (UCHL1) protein expressed in HEK cells. This antigen includes a DYKDDDDK tag at the C-terminus, has a molecular weight of approximately 27.9 kDa, and is affinity purified to a purity of ≥90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and CLIA applications.
