Dan Siman-Tov, Ph.D., MBA, serves as Vice President of Research and Development, Diagnostics at Meridian Bioscience.

With more than 20 years of experience in in vitro diagnostic (IVD) device development , Dr. Siman-Tov leads the company’s global diagnostics R&D organization across multiple sites and diagnostic platforms, driving the development of innovative assays from concept through regulatory approval and commercial launch.

Since joining Meridian in 2018, he has brought an innovative and creative approach to the R&D organization, coupled with strong leadership and a clear strategic vision that continues to empower and align global teams.

Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams in delivering FDA-cleared and CE-marked products and advancing instrument-based platforms, while shaping R&D portfolio strategy and long-term business planning .

A passionate advocate for scientific excellence and organizational growth, he plays a key role in defining the strategic vision of the business and ensuring the successful execution of Meridian’s global diagnostic innovation agenda.
