Enzymes
Ready-to-use PCR and high-fidelity PCR enzymes and DNA polymerases have been developed for fast PCR and are designed for superior sensitivity and yield. A combination of the latest advances in buffer chemistry and PCR enhancers, in conjunction with an antibody, aptamer, or chemical-mediated polymerases and DNA polymerases, promotes rapid, consistently accurate detection of DNA and cDNA targets. Glycerol-free options allow room temperature shipping and storage, extended shelf-life, and increased flexibility in sample volume, and isothermal options are available for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).

Ready-to-Use PCR and High-Fidelity PCR Enzymes
Meridian also as a selection of reverse transcriptases for cDNA synthesis, including a reverse transcriptase for dealing with RNA that contains high amounts of secondary structure, such as RNA viruses and reverse transcriptase for dealing with crude samples, particularly in RT-PCR and RT-qPCR applications for the detection of very low-copy targets. We also have a high concentration lyophilization ready option, for incorporation into lyophilized RT-qPCR assays for room temperature shipping and storage, extending shelf-life and increased flexibility in sample volume.
We also have RNases and DNases free Proteinase K that exhibits broad cleavage specificity on native and denatured proteins and is widely used in the purification of native RNA and DNA from tissues or cell lines and it is especially suitable for isolating qPCR and RT-qPCR templates.
